Why We Built This
Wellness should not be a luxury. For too many people around the world — families, mothers, church communities, and working adults — the cost of dieticians, gym memberships, wellness apps, and health programmes puts whole-person support completely out of reach.
We set out to change that. N&S WholeLife was built from the ground up to be affordable, whole-person, and real — designed for everyday life, not a lifestyle brand.
What We Believe
Affordable
Wellness support should not cost more than a few coins a day. Our price is $1 per month after a free 24-hour trial — because real wellness support should be within everyone's reach.
African-Built
We are built by people who understand what daily life looks like for ordinary African families and communities. That lived understanding shapes every decision we make.

Many features in N&S WholeLife — especially our meal ideas, smoothie recipes, and Health Ministries Toolkit — are designed with Seventh-day Adventist health principles in mind. We are deeply inspired by the Adventist understanding of whole-person health: nourishment, movement, rest, water, sunlight, temperance, fresh air, and trust.
At the same time, N&S WholeLife is welcoming to people of all faiths, backgrounds, and lifestyles. You do not need to be Adventist to use it or to benefit from it.
