Use of App

N&S WholeLife provides general wellness, fitness, meal, smoothie, water tracking, steps tracking, rest tracking, mood check-in, and lifestyle education. By using N&S WholeLife, you agree to use it only for lawful personal wellness purposes.

General Wellness Only

Nothing in N&S WholeLife constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.N&S WholeLife is a wellness and lifestyle app, not a medical service. Please read our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer for important health information.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Do not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time — from inside the app under Settings → Account, or using our account deletion page. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion requests are processed.

Payment & Access

Payment terms and pricing are as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. A $1 payment unlocks 30 days of access with no automatic renewal — by paying, you agree to be billed according to the terms shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.

The native N&S WholeLifeapp itself is consumption-only: it never displays a price, never links to a checkout flow, and never collects payment details. It only reads your account's current trial or subscription status. Any purchase happens on our website, described above.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the app's operation.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of N&S WholeLife.
• You may not use N&S WholeLife for any commercial purpose without written permission from N & S Confidence Reaction Services.
• You may not use N&S WholeLife to distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, brand assets, written materials, and software in N&S WholeLife are the intellectual property of N & S Confidence Reaction Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of N&S WholeLife without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

N&S WholeLife is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. N & S Confidence Reaction Services makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the app for any particular purpose. N & S Confidence Reaction Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

N & S Confidence Reaction Services reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of N&S WholeLife after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
